Refund eligibility criteria:

• Inability to activate technical software or API services within 72 hours of onboarding.
• Inadvertent duplicate billing or technical payment gateway errors.
• Transactions initiated by unauthorized minors without parental consent.
• Misrepresentation or unapproved claims made by non-authorized representatives.
